Your main responsibilities will be:

– Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

– Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

– Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

– Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

– Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

– Performing risk management to minimize project risks

– Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation

– Identifying opportunities and implementing actions to achieve efficiency and continuous improvement

– Duties may require extended work hours or traveling to customers’ sites

We expect from you:

– Higher education in the field of project management, engineering, manufacturing or similar

– Experience in the field of project management

– Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes

– Language skills: English (Estonian and Russian is a plus)

– Organisational skills

– Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP etc) is a plus

– Experience with ERP systems is a plus
