Your main responsibilities will be:

– New Product Introduction (NPI) process Engineering support, both internally and externally

– Preparation of all needed documentation for NPI proto-builds

– Coordination of Engineering services and Technology resources during proto-builds, reporting results and production start-up preparation

– Coordination of manufacturing process development using relevant quality tools and procedures

– Participation in trainings of production key persons during proto builds and NPI activities

– Decision making in case of non-conformity findings during proto builds to continue manufacturing process after non-conformity elimination

– Lead engineering changes and verifications

– Support and attend customer meetings and customer process reviews/audits

– Lead and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

– Mass production support in agreed area of responsibility

We expect from you:

– Higher education in the field of electronics, telecommunication engineering or similar

– Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes

– Language skills: English, Russian

– Organisational skills

– Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (FMEA, PPAP etc) is a plus

– Experience with ERP systems is a plus
